Instructional Support Document for VisualSpreadsheet Installation



Please download the software and support document for instructions on how to install the software and the new database.

Once you've downloaded the software, please follow the onscreen instructions to install VisualSpreadsheet software onto your computer.

It's normal for this process to take a few minutes. While you may see the software icon right away, you will need to restart your computer in order to initialize the new database. Complete and detailed instructions are in the support document.

(If, for some reason, the database installer prompt does not come up automatically, it is likely that your internal IT security protocols may be stopping the installation of the database. Please contact us if this happens.) 

After VisualSpreadsheet is installed and opened, a window will pop up with the machine ID. Please forward the 12-digit machine ID to: support@fluidimaging.com. A member of our support team will email the activation code to you that will enable the software.

Prior to installation, you may be asked to install C++ redistributable packages. Select "Install". 

A pop-up window alerting you that the C++ package appears to have failed may appear. Select "Yes" to continue the installation.
